Slow Boat Home eps 17-25 (FINALE)

I don't remember much about this drama.
I remember disliking Selina's character because she want to make money from Patrick by selling S&S Company. The company were owe by Aimee. Selina ask Raymond to help her get rid of Aimee, in exchange he will have some money for his father's business.

Once everyone knew Selina's plan, they were all against her. I found her character quite annoying and mean. She only loves money and hurt everyone around her. At one point, I feel that I can't watch this anymore, sometime I wonder is this a drama that I'm watching or is it some reality TV Shows.

Anyway, Patrick loss his business and got mad so he throw hot coffee on Selina causing her face to have a scar.

Aimee found her half sister, Eliane Yui.

One years later, Selina has became a better person. She work as a social worker. Aimee and Raymond are a couple again. Matt Yeung and Cila is a couple.

Thoughts:
Slow Boat Home is an average series to me. The were part where it is too heated with the arguments from Ruco's mother towards Susan Tse, Selina's mother. I thought this series were a light-heart series but I guess not.

Slow Boat Home eps 11-16

Aimee is not related to Raymond.
Everyone were against Selina and Ruco especially Ruco's mother when she scold at Selina indirectly, the astmopshere were intense. Ruco's mother even said that Suan Tse cannot teach her daughter, Selina good enough because Selina used Patrick for her company. Selina got furiuous and scold Ruco's mother. Susan slap Selina, Selina were sad and she run away.

Ruco review that Selina once commit suicide and everyone were looking for her. Someone were drowning and Susan thought it were Selina. She jumped down the water and save her daughter. It was Lee Yee Man. Susan gives a full lecture about parents caring about their children and Lee Yee Man shouldn't end her life. Lee Yee Man reviews she jump down because of a clip that Raymond's bought her. She always does the heart shape with her hand to Raymond. She is madly in love with Raymond and I don't know why.

Selina heard everything and Susan were so happy to see her daughter again.

Selina change herself completely. She establish a holiday hotel with her mother. She became a better person. She ask Ruco if they could be together again but Ruco said that they can't. She said that she will prove him wrong.

And now, they're dating. So sweet.

Cila wants to be a famous singer and she sign a contract with Sammy's company. She has a chance to go to Japan. But her father doesn't approve her until Aimee persuade the father to allow Cila. He finally gives in.
However, Raymond and Matt Yeung has been trying to tell Cila that Sammy is a bad guy. She didn't believe them. And that's what exactly happen. Cila, Raymond, Matt and Aimee all were at Sammy's company and told him not to mess with them. Cila and Raymond were sent to 180 hours of community base order.

The hotel that Selina's establish is successful.

Aimee is leaving Cheung Chau back to US because she heard the news of her father. Raymond play the flute of the song, 'Long Long Ago,' but he play the song on his phone, and pretend that he's playing the flute. Aimee found out and got furious. Raymond told her that he did practice how to play but his tongue hurts.
She left him and he was hurt. However, the news of her father were mistaken and she return just in time to hear Raymond plays the song using his flute. He shout to the open sea, 'Aimee, can you hear me?' and she shout from behind him, "Yes, I can hear you,"

Slow Boat Home eps 1-10

This drama is set in Cheung Chau, a small island in Hong Kong.
Raymond Wong is the son of a seafood owner, he has an interest in boats. Ruco Chan is a doctor, his personality is sweet but his doctor image is similar to Kenneth in On Call 36 with the way he treat his patient. He only care about saving the patient first but does not follow the Seniors order much like Kenneth's doctor character.

Selina  Li is a businesswoman, she date guys to promote her in her career. The guy that she date is Patrick Tang, who used her in either way. They both used each other. Jessica Sum is Patrick's fiancee.

Selina and Patrick broke up because Jessica found out and force Patrick to separate with her.
Selina and Ruco used to date back in high school. She used him too.

Aimee Chan is a foreigner from the US. She and her camera crew came to Cheung Chau to record about Cheung Chau's history. She is currently living with Raymond's family because she doesn't have enough money to purchase her owe plane ticket. She is also searching for her real father, which she believe is Raymond's father. Raymond thought that she likes him because the way she is treating his family so nice, and he likes her himself.
At one point, he thought that Aimee likes his father, but it isn't the truth. I found it quite funny when he dreams of Aimee and his father marry at the church, and they both told him to call her 'Step-mother,'

Ruco Chan were a doctor and should have save Jessica first. Instead, he save another patient that need it more than she does, the result. Jessica lost her baby and sue Ruco. Now Ruco has to have a long leave. Jessica is a rich woman, she made a public conference and said bad things about Ruco. Now his career is on the rock.

I really like Ruco, Raymond and Matt Yeung's bromance. They are so lovable.  I love all TVB drama's bromance. Its too cute.
