A Change of Heart eps 15- 30 Finale

This is going to be a very long post.

Michael save Nikki from falling off the building. Joey suspect that her husband could be in love with Nikki. Bosco confess his feeling to Nikki and somehow they begin to date. Mandy became Bosco's assistance. I don't remember much because I've skips a few episodes.

Nikki found out who killed her mother, at first she thought it is Michael but it isn't. He has only steal the money to start a company. The person that kill her mother is Elaine's mother. She is young back then and accidentally kill Nikki's mother.

Nikki found some gaps in Bosco the doctor's case and belive that Joey has something to do with it. She drives behind Nikki and Bosco. Bosco has no choice to speed up causing Nikki to crash into a tree. Her vision is temporarily blind.

Joey and Benjamin has an affair, Vincent and Elaine found out. They were shock. JJ Jia eventually found out about the affair, she has the thought to jump down from her apartment but she didn't because Nikki has sent her a picture of the smiling clouds, the smiling clouds represent forgiveness and treasur everything you have.

JJ Jia ask Benjamin to leave the company and live with her in Shanghai to start all over again, at first he hesitate but after a while he decide to leave. Before he left, he request Joey to pay him $100 million because he knows Joey's deepest darkest secret and they are she works with a business man to give him money which is bad cash... she was the one that killed the doctor Bosco. Yup, she did it and she is so evil.

By the way, what I'm mentioning here are the last four episodes.
Nikki could see again, and she is back to work as a team leader in CID police feild.

JJ Jia heard that Benjamin is talking in the phone and he sound ferious, he tells her that he will go to the office and return home late. At this point, I'm thinking that he will died, I don't know why but TVB drama seem to be quite easy to read, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, JJ Jia call Nikki to tell her that her husband is going to the office and that she is worry about him. Nikki arrive at the office and found Benjamin angrily choke Joey and is about to stab her. In defence, Nikki shoot Benjamin in the arm but he move and she shoot at his neck. He died.

Joey report to the police that Benjamin did surrender but Nikki shoot him anyway. Joey lied to the police and made Nikki has to takes a few weeks off from her job.

Fast forward, everyone finally realise that Bosco has always been on Michael's side. Bosco has always been on the good side but he pretend that he is working for Joey to get information from her.

By the way, Joey has a huge scar on her face because a bussinessman she mess with got furious and did that to her. Michael got revenge but he choose to keep the bussinessman's family alive because he choose to forgive them.

Sammy Sum found a video that were record by Bosco's camera which he snuck in Joey's office of Benjamin and Joey's argument before Nikki came and shoot Benjamin.

Sammy made money using the video to Joey. Joey agree but ask Sammy to do something for her in exchange before giving him the money.
She made him pretend to write a letter stating that Michael is the one that kill the doctor Bosco.
When Bosco found the letter he were furious, he went to the car park and someone hits his heard hard and he faint, he briefly saw a vision of the man.

Bosco report to the police and said that Michael kill his brother. Joey blame that Michael did it.

Fast forward, Nikki found out it is Sammy that betray them. Sammy run to Joey and ask for money. He got a car crash by running away from Nikki and Tomato C. He died.

Joey is lonely and drinks a lot at the bar. She briefly saw a man that looks like Sammy. She run to the car park to get to her car, and she saw briefly the man that looks like Sammy. She goes inside her car and saw the doctor Bosco in the car. She got out and saw Nikki. Nikki disappear and the entire car in the car park begins to honk. Joey panic and Nikki ask why did she lied to the policeman that Nikki shoot Benjamin when he surrender but he didn.t?

Joey confess all her wrongs including the fact that she killed the doctor Bosco and lied to the policeman about Nikki's mistakes and made Sammy write the fake letter.

Everyone comes out of their hiding spot and Joey is arrested.

Joey thought, "Michael has a second chance in life but do I get a second chance in living?"

The car that is driving Joey drives and accidentally falls in the ocean.

Everyone lives but Joey is missing.

Nikki told Bosco that she will be traveling around the world. Bosco told her that he will waits for her.

JJ Jia decide to leave to Shanghai and start all over again.

One year later
Everyone has a happy ending. Vincent and Elaine, Mandy found a husband that loves her and her husband happen to be rich and she didn't know when they first date. Bosco is still waiting for Nikki.

He meets Nikki again at the bridge where they could see fireflies. He propose to her and she finally agrees.

Nikki were at her wedding dress fitting when suddenly she sees a different reflection of herself in the mirror.
Bosco receives a phone call from Joey. Joey said that Nikki is lock up somewhere and Bosco has to search for her, looking for red balloon. He arrive at each destination and Joey's record voicemail tells him to look for another place. He arrive at the place where all the hard box of deliveries goes. I don't know what that place is call.

Meanwhile, Michael is at home. He receive a text from Nikki stating that she loves him and is force to marry Bosco. The door bells ring and Nikki walks in and forcefully kiss Michael. He push her away and said that Bosco is his best friend. He doesn't love her. He only loves one person and that is his wife, Joey.
Nikki cry and said, "Is this the truth?" Michael turn to his surprise and Nikki said, "I thought that you love Nikki so I have plastic surgery to look like her, do you know how much I hate this girl, I don't get why everyone treats her so kindly...." Joey has plastic surgery to looks like Nikki.

Michael threaten Joey to tell him where he hide Nikki otherwise he would stab himself. She's afraid and told him.

Michael arrive with the policemen and Bosco. They were surprise that Joey looks exactly like Nikki. Eventually, Joey reveal where she hides Nikki. Michael were standing underneath a pile of boxes that were falling off and Joey shout out, "Be careful, my husband," and she push him out of the way. The boxes hit Joey and she said her last words before she died, "We were lucky to have a second chance to live. You were lucky to have a heart transition to live a better life and start all over again, I have a second chance to live but I didn't treasure it good enough..."

Nikki and Bosco were finally married. :)
Michael farm eggplants and a primary school teacher shouts to him that she has bought her class to look at the eggplants. The primary school teacher resemble his wife, Joey.

THE END

THOUGHTS:
This drama has one of the best ending yet. I like how Joey has plastic surgery to look like Nikki, its very different to TVB typical ending. I like how Nikki plays Joey's character, it's quite believable.
Bosco and Michael, what can I say? I like both of them a lot in this drama.  I really like Bosco and Nikki as a couple, they're so cute together. Definitely one of the better dramas of TVB this years. Maybe this drama could be TVB Best drama of the year. Who knows?

A Change Of Heart eps 11-14

To me the series is quite draggy during these four episodes.
JJ Jia and Elaine came up with a plan that people with a history can join them to ride bikes at night. The sponsor for the program is Michael Mui.
He met Nikki and somehow Michael reminds Nikki of the doctor Bosco.

Joey is suspicious about her husband, Michael and Nikki's relationship as they were photograph with Nikki leaning on Michael's chest. She were listening to the doctor Bosco's heart beat.

Mandy told Vincent and Bosco about Nikki's mother murdering case. Bosco, Vincent, Mandy begins to watch over her and told her to forget about the past.

Bosco and Nikki talks about forgetting the past, and Nikki said that if there is a sign of the doctor Bosco and her mother showing the smiling clouds than she will move on. Bosco told her to look up and ask her if the clouds count as smiling. She witness the smiling clouds.

Nikki change her image and dress differently with her hair down and Mandy change to a girl-next-door image.

Bosco and Vincent were so shock to see Nikki new image. And they were both ignoring Mandy's new image.

Vincent admits that he doesn't like Mandy and Elaine is happy because she likes him. I've got a feeling the person Vincent likes is Nikki. Don't spoiled it to me if you know who Vincent has a crush on because I want to find out myself. :)

Sammy Sum and Jack Wu has a small crush on Tomato C (can anyone please tell me who plays Tomato C?) because she ask Nikki if she could leave the police force and work full time as a model.
She work there for one day and came back to the police force because the model industry is too hard for her with old men touching models inappropriately. Vanessa the model, were touch and she move away from the old men. The next day she were fired and she were going to jump off the building but Michael and Nikki work as a team to persuade her not too. Nikki save Vanessa and lost her balance, she fell and Michael grab on to her. What will happen to Nikki? Will she fell and its all Michael's fault?

This will be answer in episode 15.
I really like Bosco, Vincent and Nikki relationship. I like Mandy's character too, she has a crush on Bosco and who doesn't?

Nikki finally found out how caring and loving Bosco is towards his old aunt.

A Change Of Heart eps 7-10

Bosco used his connection from his brother to get a job at Michael's company. Now he work as a bartender.

Mandy, Bosco, Vincent, Nikki and Elaine are good friends.

Michael begins to have a connection with Bosco. Especially the game, MasterMind.

Bosco help Vincent get his phone back by pretending to be a rich man and ordering expensive foods and borrow Mandy's phone (originally owe by Vincent) and made her pay the price, which she ask Nikki to pay for her.

Mandy lives with Nikki now.

Elaine likes Vincent, Vincent likes Mandy, Mandy thinks Bosco is attractive.

Nikki kept on comparing Bosco with his doctor brother.

I think Nikki really misses the doctor Bosco. She often sees Bosco as his doctor brother.

Joey ignore Bosco and doesn't like him because she knows that he is using her husband, Michael to get promoted.

I really Bosco. He is so funny and I miss his humorous side.

A Change of Heart eps 1-6

 

Michael Mui is a rich and mean person. Joey Meng is Michael's wife, who loves her husband too much. Bosco is Michael's doctor. Nikki is a policeman and also Bosco's fiancee. Vincent Wong is Bosco's roommate and Mandy Wong is Nikki's childhood friend but sadly she isn't that trustworthy. Elaine Yiu is Nikki's best friend.

 

Michael has a heart problem and need someone to donate him the right heart. He is on the brink of dying if the right heart doesn't donate to him.

 

Bosco propose to Nikki multiple time until recently she accept. The first time he propose the ring didn't fit her finger and he said that he took the ring from her house, funny thing is, she wore the ring at her pinkie finger. So he need to get it fix.

 

Bosco often saw the cloud smiling and want to show it to Nikki but doesn't have the chance.

 

Bosco is a nice, caring and lovable doctor. He cares and respect his patient.

 

Often there is flashback on how Nikki and Bosco met. They met at the beach (somewhere near there) and Bosco ask to borrow her phone because his phone is out of battery. He call someone and told them to come back (somewhere along those line) and he hang up. He thanks her for the phone and return it. Nikki said "Girls are always like that," and Bosco said, "Sorry, its my little brother. He always run away when trouble comes," and she took him to a place to make him happy. From there, they dated.

 

Even though Nikki often spent her time as a team leader in the police field, Bosco still understand her.

 

In one of the cases where woman wearing boots and ponytail tie up would get murder, the police have a policewoman as a bait but Mandy appear dress in those outfit and Nikki has to quickly save her.

 

It turn out Mandy works at a night club. Her job is to entertain the people for money.

 

Mandy and Vincent are so cute. I hope they end up together. Why do I think they should? Because Vincent is gullible and believe Mandy when she ask him to borrow his phone so that she could look for her dog, turn out she has no dog, she only stole it. The second time is when she pretend that Vincent cheats on her and stole his phone AGAIN.

 

From that incident, he doesn't like people stealing his phone.

 

Michael's company wants to buy this bakery store but the mother refuse and said bad things about Joey and Michael.

 

Joey saw the mother and told her that she has done the wrong thing by declining the offer from Joey's company. She told the mother that she has made her own son lost a lot of money because she keep on declining the offer from Joey's company.

 

The mother were devastated and decide to jump off the building and died. Luckily, Bosco were there and convince the old lady to not died.

 

He help the mother (old lady) downstairs, she thanks him and walk away. Bosco saw the smiling clouds and call Nikki but she is busy at work and didn't pick up. So he left her a voicemail instead.

 

Suddenly, Bosco saw concrete falling down and the old lady is about to get hit, so he ran to the old lay and cover her and the concrete hit his head hard.

 

Bosco died and his heart were donate to Michael Mui.  There a change of heart.

 

I found myself crying along with Nikki when she look through Bosco's belonging, his doctor ID, his doctor heart hearing thing, his ring that he were going to propose to her. The main thing that made me cry is when Nikki hear his last emotional voicemail, before the incident occur.

 

It said something along these lines:

 

"Nikki, do you remember when I told you the story about the smiling clouds? Well, its here again. I would take a photo and show you but your probably busy with work again. .............................(And he said a lot more emotional words but that's all I remember)"

 

Just to top it off, her workmates dislike her and said mean things about her. At Benz Hui's birthday, everyone lie to Nikki about excuses and they all turn up at Benz's birthday. When Nikki show up with Elaine, at the same restaurant and the same party, it turn out that Benz is Elaine's father. Nikki lied that she is busy and left. She ate instant noddle alone and remember when Bosco used to show up at her house and bought over Singapore noodle to eat with her, and now she is eating instant noodle.

 

Vincent come up and bought sushi so that they could eat together. Vincent has been a great help to Nikki because he has help her from thinking about Bosco.

 

One day when Nikki were riding her bike, a taxi were next to her. Inside the taxi is Bosco. She quickly chase the taxi but fall and couldn't catch up. Luckily, Bosco got out of the taxi early and ask if she's alright. Nikki quickly hug Bosco. Bosco shook her off, and she ask, "Are you Bosco's twin brother?" and Bosco nodded.

 

Bosco's twin brother is completely the opposite from the doctor Bosco.

 

Anyway, Bosco used his brother funeral to make money. Michael Mui's change a lot from hating to eat sweet to loving to eat sweet food. At Bosco's funeral when Nikki were giving a speech about how amazing Bosco were, Michael stood up and clasp his hand, while he wipes he tears. He even went up and give his own speech.

 

Eventually, Michael realise that his heart is Bosco's heart.

 

The funny part is when Michael and Joey were going to Benjamin and JJ Jia's wedding but mistakenly said the wrong church and show up at Bosco's funeral, the funny thing is when Bosco turn around and greet them, Joey and Michael were surprise and Bosco said, "Don't worry, I get that a lot today,"

 

Anyway, I can't wait to see more of this drama!
